Executive Assistant


We are inviting all capable candidates to assist the management in Labour / Business matters and assisting the CEO/Business Director in general management. The Executive CEO Assistant will liaise and assist for all Sales, Business needs as instructed by the Business Director. She would report to the Business Director or Business Manager. You would also be part of the management suggesting your business inputs.

  • SALARY RANGE - Negotiable for Right Candidate



Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • FEMALE Executive CEO Assistant to CEO / Business Director

  • Assistance to the Business support staff

  • Office Admin, HR Related Task, LMRA/Govt Issues

  • Administer recruitment and admin process (local and abroad).

  • Communicate with external parties such as Customers, Client support, recruitment agents, embassies, ministries, insurance companies & travel agents.

  • Supervise all the procedures related to the office admin.

  • Maintain the compliance with all formal laws, rules and procedures.

  • Follow and maintain issuing and renewing all company’s licenses.

  • Prepare reports to higher management.

  • Execute all tasks assigned by Business Manager or Business Director

  • Full Knowledge in Bahrain Labor Law in private sector.

  • Familiar with ministries’ procedures.

  • Fluent in both Arabic & English reading, writing & speaking.

  • Ability to manage & supervise people.

  • Ability to work in a team, having good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
